€23 lasted me about 2weeks. who said one cannot live cheaply in a city like berlin. take my grocery receipts as a proof it can be done. note that i wasn't completely out of anything to eat but i had to grocery shop as i was out of the essentials. ie, cereal, fruits.
I went shopping today after 2 weeks 3 days after my last 45.74 trip and guess what. i only spent only €25.08. see below
Don't forget i didn't have to buy rice, popcorn and most of my condiments to make my cooking taste unbelievable. i have just cooked a large pot of chicken and lintels. I think i will have to buy another freezer to store things as the tiny one i have at the moment is dictating how much i can cook and freeze.
